The conference is organised by BEMAS and developed together with European experts and industry practitioners.
2. When and where will Asset Performance 2026 take place?
Asset Performance 2026 will take place on Wednesday 18 and Thursday 19 November 2026 at the Flanders Meeting & Convention Center Antwerp (FMCCA) in Antwerp, Belgium.

8. Can I choose freely between parallel tracks and sessions?
Yes. The programme consists of parallel tracks, allowing you to build an agenda around your own interests.
The event app includes a personal agenda to help you plan your conference experience. Regular conference sessions do not require advance booking. Workshops and breakfast sessions can be reserved in advance because capacity may be limited.
9. What is the difference between a conference session, workshop, breakfast session and demo experience?
Conference sessions present real-world cases, methods and lessons learned from industry practitioners and experts.
Workshops offer a more interactive and in-depth format, giving participants the opportunity to explore a topic in greater detail.
Demo experiences focus on technologies and applications in practice.
Breakfast sessions are shorter sessions hosted by Platinum Sponsors at their booths before the main conference programme starts. Advance reservation is recommended because capacity is limited.
10. Do I need to reserve a seat for workshops and breakfast sessions?
Advance reservation is recommended for workshops and breakfast sessions.
Walk-ins are welcome if space is still available, but participants with a reservation will be given priority when a session reaches capacity.
Reservations can be managed through the event app once it becomes available.
11. Will session recordings be available after the conference?
Yes. Conference recordings will be available after the event through the Asset Performance Intelligence Hub.
Conference participants receive one year of access to the Intelligence Hub, giving them time to revisit sessions and explore other available content after the conference.
12. How long will I have access to the Asset Performance Intelligence Hub?
Your conference registration includes one year of access to the Asset Performance Intelligence Hub.
After that period, you can continue your access by renewing your Intelligence Hub subscription or by registering for the next Asset Performance Conference.
13. Will speakers share their presentation slides?
Where speakers have agreed to share their presentation materials, their slides will be made available to participants after the conference through the Asset Performance Intelligence Hub.
Tickets & Rates
14. Which ticket types are available?
Participants can register for:
- The full two-day conference
- Wednesday 18 November only
- Thursday 19 November only
- The Wednesday evening keynote and walking dinner only
15. What is included in the full conference ticket?
The full conference ticket includes:
- Access to both conference days on 18 and 19 November 2026
- Conference sessions, workshops and demo experiences
- Breakfast sessions
- All conference catering, including lunches and coffee breaks
- The Wednesday evening keynote and walking dinner
- The Thursday closing reception
- Access to the event app
- One year of access to the Asset Performance Intelligence Hub, including available conference recordings and presentation materials
There are no additional charges for conference catering or programme activities included in your ticket.
16. What is included in a one-day ticket?
The Wednesday ticket includes access to the full conference programme on Wednesday 18 November, all catering during the day, the evening keynote and the walking dinner.
The Thursday ticket includes access to the full conference programme on Thursday 19 November, all catering during the day and the closing reception.
Workshops, demo experiences and breakfast sessions taking place on the day of your ticket are included at no additional charge. Activities with limited capacity may require advance reservation.
17. Can I attend only the evening keynote and walking dinner?
Yes. A separate ticket is available for the Wednesday evening keynote, “Sending a Replacement to Mars Is a Bad Business Case”, followed by the walking dinner.
18. What are the early-bird rates and until when are they available?
Early-bird rates are available until 30 September 2026.
All prices exclude 21% Belgian VAT. Different rates apply after the early-bird deadline.
19. Who qualifies for the BEMAS member or supporting-organisation rate?
Employees of BEMAS member organisations can select the BEMAS member rate.
Members of recognised supporting organisations can also enjoy the member rate. The current supporting organisations are listed on the Supporting Organisations page of the Asset Performance website.
20. Are discounts available for students and academics?
Yes. Students and academics can contact info@assetperformance.eu for information about the 50% discount and how to apply.
Students are required to provide a valid student card as proof of their status.
21. Are group discounts available?
Yes. Group discounts are available for organisations registering several participants together.
Group discounts apply if you bring a colleague:
- 2 people from the same company receive a 5 % discount
- 5 people from the same company receive a 10 % discount
- 10 people from the same company receive a 15 % discount

Registration, Payment & Changes
22. How do I register?
Registration takes place through the online registration form on the Asset Performance website.
Enter your participant and company details, indicate any relevant BEMAS membership or supporting-organisation affiliation, and select the required ticket. You will receive a confirmation email after completing your registration.
23. Can I get a business case letter?
You can download a ready-to-use business case letter to show your manager exactly why attending will benefit your team and your company through the link below.
24. Which payment methods are accepted?
Payment can be made online by credit card or by bank transfer upon receipt of an invoice.
Invoices are payable within 14 days, and payment must be received in full before the conference.
25. Can I receive an invoice and add a purchase order reference?
Yes. An invoice is issued for each purchase.
The registration process includes fields for invoicing information, such as a purchase order number, cost centre or other relevant details. The invoice address can be different from the participant's company address.
26. Why is Belgian VAT charged, and can it be reclaimed?
Conference admission is subject to VAT in the country where the event takes place. Asset Performance therefore charges 21% Belgian VAT, including for international organisations.
VAT-registered businesses may be able to reclaim this VAT depending on the applicable Belgian, EU or national rules. We recommend checking with your finance or tax adviser for your specific situation.
27. Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?
Yes. Your registration can be transferred to another person from the same company up to 2 days before the event takes place.
Send a written request to info@assetperformance.eu to arrange the substitution.
28. What is the cancellation policy?
For cancellations received at least 90 days before the conference, the registration fee is refunded minus a 10% administration charge.
For cancellations received at least 45 days before the conference, 50% of the registration fee is refunded.
No refund is available after that deadline.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Please refer to the registration terms and conditions for the full cancellation policy.
29. Do I need to print my ticket or registration confirmation?
No. There is no need to print your ticket or confirmation email.
A digital registration confirmation is sufficient, and our team can also locate your registration at the registration desk if necessary.
Venue, Travel & Accommodation
30. Where exactly is the conference venue?
Asset Performance 2026 takes place at the Flanders Meeting & Convention Center Antwerp (FMCCA), located next to Antwerp Central Station.

31. How do I reach the venue by train or public transport?
FMCCA is located just a short walk from Antwerp Central Station, which offers national and international rail connections.
More than 20 tram and bus routes stop within 250 metres of the venue.
Public transport works in Antwerp during 2026 may affect some routes, so we recommend checking the latest travel information before departure.
32. Can I come by car, and where can I park?
Yes. Several public car parks are available near the venue, including:
- Parking Station ZOO
- Parking Roosevelt
- Parking Centraal
- Parking Astridplein
- Parking Diamant
- Parking Breidel
Asset Performance visitors can park at Parking Station ZOO for €6 until midnight after validating their parking ticket at the machine in the atrium.
33. Is the venue located in Antwerp’s low-emission zone?
Yes. The venue is located inside Antwerp’s low-emission zone (LEZ).
If you are travelling by car, check in advance whether your vehicle meets the requirements and whether registration is required. This is particularly important for vehicles registered outside Belgium.
34. Where can I stay in Antwerp?
A wide range of hotels and other accommodation options are available within walking distance of the venue.
The venue page on the Asset Performance website includes a link to the Antwerp Booking Desk as well as suggestions for nearby accommodation in different price categories.
Accommodation must be booked separately and is not included in the conference ticket.
35. Which airport is closest to the venue?
Antwerp International Airport is the closest airport and serves a number of European destinations.
For most international and long-haul travellers, Brussels Airport offers a wider range of connections and convenient rail access to Antwerp.
36. What is the best way to travel from Brussels Airport to the venue?
The easiest option is by train. Direct trains connect Brussels Airport with Antwerp Central Station, which is located just a short walk from the conference venue.
37. Can the organiser provide an invitation letter for my visa application?
Yes. International participants who require an invitation letter can contact info@assetperformance.eu.
You must first complete your registration and pay your invoice in full before an invitation letter can be issued.
If your visa application is refused, the registration fee can be refunded minus a €50 administration charge, provided the required evidence is submitted at least ten days before the event. Please consult the registration terms and conditions for the full policy.
Networking & Event App
38. Is there an event app?
Yes. Asset Performance 2026 has an event app with features including a personal agenda, session reservations, attendee networking and matchmaking.
The app will become available approximately two weeks before the conference. Registered participants will receive instructions on how to download the app and access their account.
39. Will I be able to see who else is attending?
Yes. An attendee overview will be published on the Asset Performance website in autumn 2026. Participants can choose to opt out of the public attendee overview.
The event app will also allow participants to discover and connect with other attendees. Participants can also choose to opt out of visibility in the event app.
40. What networking opportunities are included?
Networking is an important part of Asset Performance and is integrated throughout the programme.
Opportunities include coffee breaks and lunches, the Wednesday reception and walking dinner, the Thursday closing reception, and matchmaking through the event app.
These moments offer the opportunity to connect with maintenance engineers, reliability leaders, asset managers, digitalisation specialists and other professionals from a wide range of industries and countries.
41. How can I arrange meetings with other attendees?
You can connect with other participants through the event app and use its networking features to arrange meetings during the conference.
For privacy reasons, attendee contact details are not automatically shared with other participants. Any sharing of contact information with event partners or sponsors is subject to the participant's consent.

42. Can dietary, allergy or accessibility requirements be accommodated?
Yes. You can indicate dietary requirements, food allergies, reduced-mobility needs or other accessibility requirements during the registration process.

44. Is there a cloakroom or luggage storage available?
Yes. A cloakroom and luggage storage area will be available near the entrance of the venue.
45. Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
A certificate of attendance can be provided upon request.
